Land Contract or Notes Secured by Real Estate

Goldstar Holdings Ltd., is a private entity interested in purchasing land contracts or notes secured by real estate.  This could apply in situations where it would be helpful to convert notes to cash for purposes of liquidating estates, buying out partners or assisting a business or individual in improving their liquidity. 

 

We do not require financing and are able to close within a few weeks of being provided necessary financial and legal documentation.  We are most interested in acquiring notes with face values ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000.  The notes can be performing or non-performing provided the underlying real estate exceeds the value of the note to be acquired.
