Goldstar Holdings Ltd., is an
investment partnership founded by brothers Scott and Jeff DePerro in
1986. The partnership actively invests
in start-up and entrepreneurial companies, certain types of commercial real estate
and land contracts or notes secured by real estate. Jeff and Scott each have over twenty years of business
experience in private and public companies.
They founded Aim Executive, Inc., in 1979, an industry leading
national human resources consulting firm that was a pioneer in integrated
H.R. services. The DePerro’s grew the
organization rapidly through acquisitions and strong organic growth being
named to the Inc. 500 listing of fastest growing privately held
companies in America for four consecutive years and the Case Western
Reserves’ Weatherhead School’s prestigious ‘outstanding growth companies in
Northeast Ohio’ listing for three years.
The DePerro’s, as Co-CEO’s were actively involved in strategy,
financial management, hands-on operations, sales management, quality systems,
team building, leveraging technology, and acquisitions and divestitures. Spherion ($4.2 billion NYSE – SFN) acquired Aim
Executive and all of its Divisions in 1997.
The DePerro’s remained for four years as Division Presidents of this
Fortune 500 global human capital management firm. Scott DePerro graduated from Kent State University in
1979 with a BA in Business Administration degree majoring in Industrial
Relations. Jeff DePerro earned his BS
in Business Administration in 1976 from Bowling Green State University with a
major in Accounting. They are both
Certified Personnel Consultants. (CPC’s). |
